Preventative Care Sheet
The following maintenance schedule is the recommended system check for all our machines.

By taking the recommended maintenance steps you will ensure the long life of your Keiser equipment. Some users have reported using our equipment for over 20 years!

M3 Maintenance Check







   
Daily
  Clean chrome and paint where applicable
Every Class
  Member thoroughly inspect each cycle
  Clean upholstery   Member wipe off sweat
     
1st Month-Weekly
Check and re-torque crank arms and pedals
Weekly
Wax chrome and paint where applicable
   
  Wax upholstery
Weekly
Thoroughly inspect each cycle
Inspect belts
  Clean with warm water and soft towel
Wash handgrips Check computer for low battery indication
Inspect filters  
 
Monthly
Check and re-torque crank arms and pedals
Monthly
Check nuts and bolts   Wax those areas most in contact with sweat
  Clean and lubricate cylinder rods Lubricate T-Handle adjustment threads
Check frame for any weakening in weld areas and other connections sites.  
 
Quarterly
Lubricate pivot bushings
  Check exhaust mufflers for discoloration
Check that compressor is cycling on/off between 100-120 psi
 
Annually
Change batteries
