Machine Line Identifier - Identify your Population [ back ] Deciding what equipment to purchase is one of the most important issues that you face when opening or expanding your fitness or wellness center. Prior to making this investment you may first wish to evaluate which segments of the population you desire to serve. Why? Different needs require different equipment. Once you have done so, then review the equipment selections from the list below. Level 1 -
Physically dependent |
|
| Cannot execute some or all of the BADL's (Basic Activities of Daily Living- self-feeding, dressing, toileting, transferring, and walking) and are dependent on others for food and other basic functions of living. Keiser solution: Air 250 and 300. | |
Level 2 - Physically Frail |
|
| Can perform the BADL's but cannot perform some or all of the activities that are necessary to live independently, generally due to a debilitating disease or condition that physically challenges them on a daily basis. Keiser solution: Air 250, 300, Infinity Series, and Stretch Zone/Corner. . | |
Level 3 -
Physically Independent |
|
| Lives independently, usually without debilitating symptoms of major chronic diseases, but has low health & fitness reserves. Keiser solution: Air 250, 300, 350, Infinity series, Keiser M3, and Stretch Zone/Corner. | |
Level 4 - Physically Fit |
|
| Exercises at least two times a week for their health, enjoyment and well being, have high health & fitness reserves. Keiser solution: Air 250, 300, 350, Infinity Series, POWER Racks, Keiser M3, and Stretch Zone/Corner. | |
Level 5- Physically Elite |
|
| Train on an almost daily basis and either competes in sport tournaments, or work in a physically demanding job. Keiser solution: Air 250, 300, 350, Infinity Series, POWER Racks, Keiser M3, and Stretch Zone/Corner. | |
