POWER 5 Window Display “During workouts the power display is utilized in two ways. First, the effort level is monitored and held accountable at 90% of the athlete’s best rep. If a particular rep falls below 90% that rep (or reps) is repeated until the effort reaches 90% or better. Secondly, the athlete’s compete against each other in regards to the highest power output during an exercise. Competition between teammates increases intensity and allows the strength coach to “call out” an athlete (or athletes) who is not working at a high level.” |
