What is The "Core"?
The core encompasses the area from the hips to the bottom of your shoulder. The central producer of power in the human body and responsible for generating power for the upper and lower body....

Why is this Core Strength Crucial to Performance?

The key to all of all movements used in performance sports and training use the abdominal or core muscles. Without this "core strength" a athlete will never be able to achieve their potential. These centralized muscles serve to transfer the power developed in the lower body to upper body and vice versa. A strong core will also decrease the risk of sport performance injuries.
