Keiser Introduces Two New Machines in Infinity Series Cable Machines Designed To Suit Rehab or Personal Training Needs

(June 2002; Fresno, CA)- Keiser introduces two new machines from its INFINITY Series, a new line of cable exercise equipment designed for maximum versatility. By combining their world-renowned pneumatic technology with a pulley cable format, Keiser's infinity machines offer endless options for speed, power and position. Rave reviews of the Performance Zone and Performance Trainer, the first infinity machines, prompted Keiser to introduce two more versions of the new cable series.

"We specifically developed the new infinity machines to meet the needs of rehabilitation and personal training situations where instructors work one-on-one or in small groups," says president Dennis Keiser, about the new Functional Trainer and Triple Trainer. Both compact versions offer infinite possibilities in strength and power training and are available at a lower cost than the larger Performance Zone.

The Functional Trainer is equipped with two adjustable arms that accommodate all hi/lo training positions. Movements that range from lunges to lat pulldowns to bicep curls can be done with ease, using a variety of attachments. The Functional Trainer's ability to increase weight by one-pound increments without shock loading muscles and joints is critical when working with damaged muscles or joints. As a result, rehabilitation facilities can rely on Keiser's smooth resistance to ensure that clients can train at a variety of speeds, and work muscles at every angle and every range of motion to improve strength AND power.

The Triple Trainer packs all the benefits of Keiser's technology into one triangular resistance column that can accommodate three exercisers at one time. This vertical arm trainer has a hi/lo adjustable arm pulley similar to the Functional Trainer. For facilities where trainers deal with more than one client at one time, the triple trainer offers a substantial cost savings. It is available at a fraction of the cost of three individual machines, and its compact format saves space as well. Like the functional Trainer, the Triple Trainer performs an unlimited number of exercises, ensuring maximum versatility. Even exercises that require a great deal of agility (as in sport specific training) can be done with ease.

"The difference between these and other cables is that these machines are quintessentially Keiser. They provide all the benefits of our pneumatic technology and all the features--the thumb button resistance and automatic repetition counter controls," says Keiser. "That's why they are as in demand at facilities that serve beginner exercisers as they are at professional athlete training locations. Any level exerciser is able to work just about every body part using the multi-function infinity machines."
